Customer Support Representative with French/Italian and English – remote work

Your typical day will include:
Handling customer enquiries;
Validating customers account information;
Ensuring efficient communication with the connected departments when needed;
Follow-ups to make sure full resolution of the customer problems;
Ensuring compliance with the established procedures and make improvements;
Reaching target for defined KPI's.
What we look for:
Fluency in English;
Fluency in French or Italian/German/Spanish/Dutch -B2/C1 level;
Ability to work in shifts;
Able to communicate on different levels and with people from different backgrounds;
Strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills;
Open-minded and positive.
