We are currently expanding our Global Professional Services team in Sofia. Our team is delivering client solutions and pre-configured templates in partnership with regional teams.

From client acquisition solutions to fraud management and collections, our Professional Services software delivery experts configure, design, test and implement the full spectrum of Experian products and services that we offer worldwide to our clients in the financial, banking, telecom sectors. In order to help our teams around the world win sales, we support in prospective client pitch meetings with product demonstrations of key functionality, estimates of effort based on our delivery experience, and proof of concept models. Our team is the backbone and the core hands-on experts that know how to link Experian software capabilities with our client`s ever evolving needs.

Job Description

As a Senior Technical Expert – Delivery you will be responsible for System Integration Testing and Deployment of our solutions hosted in clients on Experian Data Center.

Responsibilities:
· Configure technical environment and validate platforms prior to software installation
· Provide technical consultancy on client integration
· Produce technical specification and solution design as per client requirements and supervise team members during technical parametrization
· Responsible for solution test plan creation and test cases execution
· Responsible for technical and performance tests and solution defects resolution
· Responsible for product deployment and solution upgrade
· Recognizes, documents and articulates risks and issues to management and stakeholders in a timely manner
· Responsible for prioritization and distribution of daily tasks of the team members (2-3 colleagues) and act as an expert point of contact
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project members to ensure accurate and timely completion of deliverables
· Act as a mentor to junior members of the team

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:
· 3+ years of previous experience on a similar role
· University degree or equivalent standard with a high-numeric, IT or business content
· Strong knowledge of Server OS Windows and Linux
· Advanced experience with relational databases as Oracle, MYSQL and/or SQL Server
· Experience for configuration and troubleshooting Web Service as IIS, APACHE-TOMCAT
· Being able to control connectivity, understand protocol and security
· Knowledge of the following tools & languages:

- XML
- Batch language scripting
- PowerShell scripting
- Soap UI
- SQL
· Good knowledge for test preparation and execution
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Fluent in English

The following skills and abilities will be considered as an advantage:
· Groovy – Java (is a good value added)
· Good understanding of software delivery life cycle
· A technical background with testing experience is a pre-requisite
