Technical Consultant Specialist - Office 365
with English and French/German/Italian/Russian/Polish/Turkish/Spanish/Czech


As a Support Professional, you’ll be troubleshooting for Office 365 Cloud customers and helping
them out with any problems or questions they may have about their software. Using your expert
knowledge, you’ll do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of the issue, making sure they get a
first-class experience along the way. Additionally if you are familiar with Microsoft products (basic
knowledge) and you able to lose the jargon and explain steps in simple way, you are very likely to
be successful in our process. Technical or Customer Support background is considered as a strong
advantage, but it is not necessary.

Your profile:
Fluent in English both verbal and written - level B2;
Fluent in French/German/ Italian/Russian/Polish/Turkish/Spanish - level B2/C1;
Ability to analyze technical issues;
Ability to convey technical information effectively;
Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills and exceptional customer service skills necessary;
Technically oriented interests with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
Problem resolution skills; e.g. diagnostic tools, reading traces, etc.
Nice to have:
1+ or more years of work experience in an applicable industry and role are a plus;
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating system and computer networking.
