Our client is a London based frontier technology company with deep applied research expertise in cryptography and blockchain technologies. They deliver ground breaking technology solutions that meet the needs of capital markets looking to enter the complex world of decentralized finance.
We are looking for an experienced technical writer to join their team and help build a world class experience for their users.

Technical Writer (Remote)

Responsibilities:

● Working in an agile environment based in cross-functional content team.
● Independently gathering information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and
write user guides, API documentation and other technical content.
● Writing new documentation based on feature requirement documents, case studies, user
stories, specifications, information from the product team and use of the product.
● Authoring documentation in Markdown
● Using their Docs-as-Code setup to publish docs
● Using Git and GitHub to collaborate and get reviews
● Deploying docs with their static site generator - Docusaurus 2

Requirements

● Absolutely flawless English language skills.
● Experience of creating API documentation
● Be self-organized - with a natural ability to simplify and organize content to meet outcomes.
● A master at quickly grasping complex technical concepts and making them easily
understandable.
● Adept at building relationships with other cross-functional teams, customers and partners
across the world. (remotely)
● Demonstrate an ability to author documentation in Markdown.
● Be familiar with Git and GitHub and docs-as-code.
● Demonstrate an ability to work with static site generators e.g. Docusaurus 2
● Knowledge and experience of blockchain technologies, digital assets and security.
● Working knowledge of at least one of the following languages: JavaScript, Go, Python
