Job Description

We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to join our Solution Development Team.

The Role:

The Scrum Master organizes and facilitates meetings required to ensure success of the Agile process, monitors progress and performance and works closely with the team. This role is guardian of Agile best practices and ambassador for continues improvement.

Responsibilities:
· Coaches the Development team to work better together as a team, faster, with better quality
· Coaches the Team to Scrum best practices and principles
· Coaches the Organization by bringing up organizational impediments and working with leaders to find solutions
· Facilitate Scrum Events as requested by the team, ensures all events happen
· Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example

Qualifications

Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master in a Software development team or 2+ years of experience on technical role in development or testing
· Strong understanding & applied experience of an Agile methodology, preferably Scrum within a team and wider organization
· Experience with JIRA/ Confluence or similar
· Experience of working in software product delivery & working closely with a Delivery/Product Management team
· Experience of working in globally distributed teams
· Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
· Experience in estimation, planning and tracking of software deliverables
· Very good understanding of the development frameworks and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile etc.)
· Strong communication skills
· Very good presentation skills
· Fluent English
