About our client:
Our client is a German company that provides IT and product solutions including cyber security, digital marketing, software development and support of web applications, etc. For their team in Plovdiv they are looking for a:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST WITH ENGLISH
The responsibilities for this dynamic and responsible position include troubleshooting and fixing mobile and technical issues, communicating with customers and working with active directory.
Requirements:
- 1+ years technical support experience;
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: MS Windows Server / Desktop; Unix / Linux;
- Very good Microsoft Teams, Skype and CUCM skills;
- Good command of ITIL;
- Experience in Storage, Backup, Security, Networking or Office365 would be a plus;
- Proficiency in English (B2+/C1).
