Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out conformance testing protocols and scope;
* Conduct sanity checks on journeys broken by vertical, license, topics, and language Executes
test cases under varying circumstances/scenarios (Log in, non-log in, client, desktop, mobile, etc);
* Detect, log & report bugs, defects, or glitches against specified requirements;
* Tracks defects or glitches and helps troubleshoot errors;
* Able to generate documents and evaluates test results;
* Collaborate with our configuration and product development teams;
* Run audits or system testing and present the information to the relevant stakeholders
Identifying and eliminating redundant functions and components within the test;
* Understanding of and be able to implement industry standards and protocols to the testing;
* Follow up testing post fixes being completed.

Skills and Capabilities:
* Exceptional language and grammar skills in English;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to effectively work as part of a globally based team;
* Dedicated, hard-working, self-motivated. Able to work with minimal supervision;
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
* Considerable writing proficiency and visual design skills;
* Maintains effective communication and working relationships with Internal customers and project team Members;
* Strong Information Technology skills, including good knowledge of MS Office programs
* The following credentials are a distinct advantage, but not essential for the role:
* Experience working within Lean Projects & using tools within the LEAN DMAIC Cycle such as
Project Charters, Process and Value Stream Mapping, Ishikawa, SIPOC’s etc;
* Additional languages are an asset;
* JIRA/Concluence experience.
