2nd Line Technical Support Expert with German


Your daily tasks:

Work with customers to resolve complex technical issues and maintain high customer satisfaction;
Work with other support teams to resolve more advanced issues when necessary;
Work in friendly and professional team and coordinates the activities within the team;
Document actions in tickets to effectively communicate information;
based on your strong knowledge in this area, you can identify security issues at our customers and internal system.

Requirements:

Fluent in German and English for professional communication;
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems;
Strong sense of confidentiality and loyalty;
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members and management
Based on your strong knowledge in this area, you can identify security issues at our customers and systems;
In-depth technical knowledge of profile management (Ivanti, Citrix UPM) and 2 FA solutions (SecurEnvoy);
Very good technical knowledge of basic services such as Powershell Scripting, XenServer, Hyper-V, Databases, FsLogix, Network (DNS, DHCP).
