CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST in Healthcare company


Responsibilities:
Handling order processing including offers, orders and others
Work with ERP systems
Handle customers’ inquiries, complaints
Handling of invoicing and invoice correcting processes
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem.
Effectively cross-functional working and supporting

Requirements:
Excellent command of English
University degree in Chemistry/Microbiology/Pharmacy
Customer-focused
Positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic
Experience in customer service is an advantage
Advanced MS Office knowledge
Ability to identify problem issues
