As a member of ManpowerGroup Bulgaria, the IT Recruitment Consultant will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates for clients either in an on-site or off-site environment. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The IT Recruitment Consultant is the expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
What you need to bring!
Minimum 1 year experience in IT recruiting;
Ability to be highly consultative, to provide excellent relationship-building skills and to influence/guide the client;
Experience in working directly with Hiring Managers and in managing full-life-cycle recruitment processes including: sourcing, screening, behavioral based interviewing and offer negotiations;
Strong time management skills and attention to detail;
Your intellect, your passion, high energy, commitment, flexibility, resilience, sense of humor and most importantly your emotional maturity.
