Manpower is looking for one of its clients:

PURCHASER/PURCHASING SPECIALIST

Your responsibilities
Purchasing materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms, negotiating with main suppliers and periodically renewing price lists, terms and conditions;
Initiating purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures;
Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues;
Identifying and qualifying new suppliers together with supplier quality and engineering specialists;
Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price;
Contributing to cost reduction activities and all commercial conditions negotiations;
Cooperating with the Operations team and ensuring the material availability on time and on cost in order to guarantee the proper business continuity.

Your background
Experience in supply management field or/and working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures will be considered as an advantage;
Knowledge of MS Office. ERP system will be a plus;
Technical or Economical university degree;
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills;
Excellent English language is a must;
Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
