Cloud support with English (NEW Project)

Main responsibilities:

Act as the primary technical contact, deliver technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions for corporate customers;
Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with colleagues from other teams;
Manage critical issues by setting customer expectations, devising and implementing action plans, and professionally communicating to all parties involved.

Job requirements:

Fluent level of English (C1);
Prior Customer Service/Technical support experience is a plus;
Superior researching, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills;
