For one of our trusted partners we are looking for an experienced specialist for the position:
IT Business Analyst
The Business Analyst role is highly client-facing, focused on helping deliver transactional website projects for clients. The priority of the Business Analyst will be to elaborate functional and non-functional requirements for the various project needs in order to integrate new features or improvements, to enhance or adapt existing applications and platforms.
Responsibilities:


• Analysis of software requirements by defining and system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions.
• Running workshops or meetings and presenting ideas/concepts and solutions to technology and business stakeholders
• Testing the developed solution to ensure it meets requirements and client expectations
• Contribute to innovation and product evolution
• Validate the product to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity

Experience and skills:
• 2+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis
• Knowledge in software architecture, design, documentation, testing, and maintenance
• Agile / Scaling Agile knowledge
• Demonstrable track record in software development
• Business process design: create flow diagrams in order to ensure all points are covered in requirement process flow
• SQL knowledge and hands on experience
• Strong analytics skills
• Fluency in English

Advantage will be:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineerin
• Experience within the Digital space (eCommerce, Marketing, UX Design)
• Understanding interfaces (APIs) in XML and JSON
• Jira/Confluence experience
• Client facing skills
• Confident, proactive, self-motivated
• Leading and organizing teams
• Comfortable in a multi-cultural, international organization
