Do you have these essentials
• 2+ years of software development and/or testing experience
• Expertise in building and executing performance tests in at least one framework such as - JMeter/BlazeMeter, Gatling, etc
• SQL knowledge
• Understanding of REST and experience with web-services testing
• Experience with creating performance testing strategies and executing against the plan
• Ability to debug test problems, and analyze the root causes
• Communication, organization, time management skills, and attention to detail are critical
What you'll do
• Work with development teams and stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements and determine performance test scenarios
• Develop performance test plans, test scripts and test data
• Monitor and analyze test results, coordinate with development teams for fixes
• Provide recommendations on remediation
• Ensure performance tests meet project business requirements on regular releases
• Provide detailed performance summary reports - highlights and lowlights along with recommendations
• Contributes with general software quality assurance group tasks
