Enable smooth and efficient business operations by ensuring high-quality master data management. Our team partners with key functions across the organization, such as Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to drive business results and enhance operational excellence.
Joining us as a Master Data Analyst in our Master Data team, you’ll will act as BSO partner to Country and Central/ Group Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Finance, Quality, and IT functions to enable them in the delivering of business results in the new product introduction area. The role will ensure that product data is effectively managed, accurate, and readily available in CCH systems to support decision-making and operational processes across the organization
Our new team member needs to:
Have experience with SAP systems and modules
Have excellent command of English - both written and verbal
Have experience in Procurement and Finance data management and data maintenance
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Proven experience in project management, with a focus on master data or enterprise data projects.
Be experienced user of MS office applications
Have experience in successfully managing variety of tasks and able to meet deadlines
Be passionate about data maintenance and business processes
Be team player, action oriented with attention to detail and accuracy
Have very good customer service skills, problem analysis and problem-solving skills
Available to work on a hybrid schedule ( 2 days in the office on weekly basis)
You can be successful in this role if:
You are responsible for all data modification with focus Data Quality and Accuracy
You maintain MD in the relevant CCH system in compliance with the procedures, codes of conduct or any other internal documents of the Company adopted according to the internal rules
You uphold an extensive master data management framework for product introduction. This entails formulating the data model, data structures, and data elements necessary to day-to-day business needs
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather master data requirements and define internal project scope of MD processes, objects’ maintenance and resources
You work on an implementation of data capture, validation, and maintenance protocols to ensure the precision and uniformity of data
You assist different stakeholders based on the project launches, to ensure MD standards and accurate set up is considered
You influence concept of data quality maintenance and improvement
You improve professional skills by on-the-job training
You identify opportunities to streamline and automate master data processes for new product introductions
You stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in master data management
