SCRUM MASTER


As a Scrum Master, you will coordinate and coach the software development team. You’ll be the go-to person for applying Scrum principles to produce high-quality work while managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members. Ultimately, you’ll help to create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during the sprints.



What does the company expect from you:

- Previous professional experience in software development and Agile-based SDLC;
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master (or a similar role) applying Scrum principles and practice;
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and MS tools;
- Digital transformation experience is essential for this role;
- Very good command of English language (both written and verbal).

Beneficial:

- Professional Scrum Master Qualification or Certification: - CSM, PSM or SSM;
- Command of German language – at least B1+/ B2 level.
