We are currently looking for one of our partners - a capable and responsible candidate of the position:
Customer Support Specialist – Financial Services

Responsibilities:
Thorough understanding of product suite and how its products fit into the organization and its processes;
Serve as an advocate for to the client as well as an advocate for the client within;
Provide product support, addressing product related inquiries via email and ensure all client interactions are documented cases in CRM, including;
Provide 1st tier functional support for Private i LP investments and reporting;
Provide 1st tier functional support for Informant product-related questions after completion of the conversion induction program;
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance;
1-2 years of finance or investment experience is a must;
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organization skills;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English;
Portfolio analysis, performance measurement or domain expertise in private capital a plus;
Training, consulting, or client presentation experience a plus but not required;
