Your Role and Responsibilities
As Premium Operations Administrator you will be responsible to maintain and support all relevant Onboarding, Maintenance and Offboarding processes for a Premium Storage client. This is an internal role and you will work with a team of Technical Managers to provide client documentation and client-tailored reports. You will be placed in a challenging dynamic environment with certain components changing constantly. The individual we are looking to hire is adaptable, quick learner and passionate of what they do. The role requires precision and consistency of the delivered results so being able to independently analyze, prepare and execute is a must.
Your responsibilities:
Formal client documentation preparation
Analysis of big diverse data streams
Generate client-tailored reports
Monitor and maintain processes internal to the team
Regular communication with the internal and external team members

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word or Powerpoint
Excellent Communication Skills – English
Excellent organizational skills
Good knowledge of data analysis
Good knowledge of reporting consolidation

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Previous Account Management will be considered as a plus
Previous Data analytics role will be considered as a plus
