Online Casino VIP Support Specialist
You are perfect candidate if you have:
Knowledge of online gambling products;
Experienced in VIP support;
Experienced in online casino or in similar position is strong advantage;
Desire to learn and willing to pass knowledge to others;
Very good communication skills and ability to interface with various levels of management;
Excellent organization skills and ability to work with dynamic environment.
Your day will include:
Provide personalized services to players, focusing on known rated players and players who can be developed into high-end players;
Proactively answers phones, greets, interacts, and assists players in a professional manner to foster positive and lasting relationships;
Assist to colleagues by providing them insight regarding quality customer service;
Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and highest level of player support;
Enter VIP player information into the database;
Inform players of all current and upcoming special events, promotions, as well as casino activities;
Resolve any problem or perceived inconvenience to ensure guest satisfaction.
