Technical support engineer

Main responsibilities:
· Implementation and support of MES systems;
· Provide technical support for corporate customers;
· Provide assistance in maintaining the reliability and performance of customer systems;
· Report and record customer issues and implement solutions;
· Provide technical consultations and customer supports via phone, email, internet or onsite visit as needed;
· Generate sample data and reports to stakeholders.


Requirements for the position:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field;
· Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken);
· Logical thinking, problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
· Well established soft skills and customer service orientation;
· Attention to details and ability to prioritize.
