Our client is a German company that provides IT and product solutions including cyber security, digital marketing, software development and support of web applications, etc. For their team in Plovdiv they are looking for a:
JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The responsibilities for this dynamic position include troubleshooting and fixing mobile and technical issues, communicating with customers and working with active directory.
Requirements:
Proficiency in German and English languages (B2+);
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word);
Great communication and organization skills;
Previous experience and interest in the IT field would be a plus.
