Описание

Основни задължения:
• Coordinate and manage the process of implementing design, development and new functionalities on the website, apps and tools, together with developers and business units of the Bank;
• UX testing of the managed customer flows and Front-end development;
• Support and coach the product owner in evaluating, analyzing and scoping project solutions from the customer or user perspective;
• Make recommendations to product owners, development teams and other designers based upon user feedback cycles;
• Develop prototypes to effectively communicate interactions and design ideas around customer needs;
• Collaborate with IT/Dev to infuse best practices and constantly improve user experience of website and landing pages;
• Monitoring of the trends on the banks market and overview of competitors websites, apps, tools;
• Coordination with respective subcontractors (web pages programmers, developers, IT internal team, etc.).

• Practical experience in the field of UX/UI;
• Excellent command of English;
