Introduction
IBM Technology Support Services’ (TSS) is a global department, and it is one of the largest and most successful provider of technical support services in the world. As part of TSS, the Client Innovation Center (CIC) in Sofia, Bulgaria provides the best in class technology support services to the internal and external IBM clients.

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are hiring an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master to handle the operational aspects of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow established tickets management processes.

Plays advisory role to support users during tickets creation.

Working in close collaboration with project stake holders to ensure proper handling of Jira ticket according to the established processes.

Controls tickets progress to ensure their completion within agreed SLA.

Accountable to create reports/dashboards to represent predefined or requested KPI’s reports per request.

Propose, communicate, and reinforce KPI improvements.

Create and maintain projects Kanban board.

Backlog management.

Retrospectives & Introspective.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor degree

At least 1 year full time project management experience

Change management and Iteration management knowledge

Excellent knowledge of JIRA (or other task management tools)

Good Risk management knowledge

Experience on project KPIs management

Good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Fluent English


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

PM and/or Scrum Master certificate will be considerred as a big advantage
Salesforce experience
ITIL certificate
