Job Description

We are currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our Solution Development Team.

Responsibilities:
· Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements mainly in the area of data analysis and data processing (incl. file, API or other input data analysis and mapping to target data model, data migration and data loading mappings, data mappings from target data model to output APIs, databases, extracts, etc.)
· Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, when needed, related to UI products, business process descriptions and flow optimizations
· Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, when needed, on existing software programs, applications and services
· Identify and track requirements changes
· Work closely with the development and testing team members, as part of the team, and ensure that requirements are well-understood
· Facilitate requirement prioritization
· Manage stakeholder expectations and report progress accordingly
· Maintain requirements backlog
· Suggest product improvements and new features
· Suggest improvements in BA practices and ways of working
· Work closely with the business to support their success and long term vision
· Understand the big picture and be advocate of reusability and productization

Qualifications

Requirements:
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field
· Background in software development projects and delivery methodologies, preferably Agile with Scrum
· Experience with requirement elicitation, analysis and documentation
· Knowledge of business analysis techniques (Use Case/User Stories and Acceptance criteria/Process modelling)
· Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
· Experience with data analysis
· Excellent written and verbal communication in English
· Experience with working with cross-region virtual teams
