Claims Processing Representative
Main responsibilities:
• Oversees the daily escalation activities;
• Maintains and updates the internal process and/or internal escalation procedure;
• Assists with the preparation of any external reports;

Requirements:
• Customer Support Experience is a must;
• Previous experience with Compliance is considered an advantage;
• High proficiency in English (C1 level);
• Proficiency in MS Office.
