Back Office Specialist with Spanish/ French/ Italian/ Portuguese or Polish FULLY REMOTE

Main responsibilities:

Provide service at the highest company standards;
Establish long-term business relationships;
Conclude investigations and follow-ups reported by the users;
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

Job requirements:

Fluency in any of the following languages: Spanish / French / Italian / Portuguese OR Polish (C1-C2 level);
Excellent level of English (C1-C2 level);
Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines;
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
