Team Success Leader with English OR Spanish, Italian, French (WAH option)


Main responsibilities:

Supervise team members and ensure they provide customer service of high quality;
Prepare shift patterns and monthly schedules;
Monitor team members’ performance and KPIs;
Prepare regular reports on current tasks.

Job requirements:

Experience in managing a customer support team (preferably in the BPO field);
Ability to be a proactive self-starter who has an excellent customer service approach and attitude;
Excellent level in English (minimum C1 level of the CEFR) OR Italian, Spanish, French;
Practical knowledge of Zendesk, Intercom, or Slack is considered an advantage.
Availability to work on shifts;
