About our client:
A leading provider of online foreign exchange trading, contract for differences trading, innovative trading tools, spread betting and other related services. For their team in Bulgaria, together with them, we are looking for a:
APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST
In this job position you will be responsible for supporting IT equipment, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, new desk installation, incident handling, supporting audio and video conferences, etc.
Requirements:
2+ years of previous experience with application and helpdesk support;
As a great plus - 1+ year of experience working for a Forex company, or Banking/ Financial institution;
Knowledge of Windows (various OSs), hardware and troubleshooting PC issues;
Familiar with Active Directory, Citrix, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS;
Experience in managing incidents and requests - tracking, recording, closing them;
Excellent command of English (B2+/C1).
