IT OPERATION SUPPORT ENGINEER
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- Hands-on experience in Batch monitoring, Executing Service Requests of IT Operation Support;
- Experience in successfully managing large and/or complex processes, or services that have impact across multiple areas, such as across multiple functions, processes, services, etc.;
- Database knowledge/experience (pref. Oracle PL/SQL), Linux / Unix Commands and Shell Scripting;
- Basic knowledge of SAP or SAP system monitoring;
- Very good command of English (both written and verbal);
- Ready to work on shifts (24x7).
In addition, we'd like you to have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- High customer orientation.
