Currently we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position of
Senior End to End IT Advisor

Main Responsibilities:
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media;
Setting up meetings with potential clients;
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
Managing end-to-end recruitment process for clients including: pre-screening potential candidates, pro-active search in different social media channels, interviewing pre-screened candidates and guiding them in every step of the way;
Collaborating with team members to achieve better results;
Collecting and analyzing information and prepare data and sales reports;
Be a trusted advisor to the customers, understanding their business and their needs, matching the benefits of company’s solutions effectively to build a compelling value proposal.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
University degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in doing IT sales or recruitment;
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results;
Proven record of successful deals closed;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
Excellent telephone manner, with ability to explain product and solution benefits and confidently overcome customer objections;
Strong organizational skills.
