motivated, friendly, customer-focused individuals for the role of IT Equipment Lifecycle Engineer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Offering solutions for issues with equipment and software to the end user (level 3 area);
* Setting the stage for and ensuring fully automated installation and integration of new equipment;
* Integrating firmware/BIOS and drivers into the client’s standards, modifying and phasing out
equipment by keeping in mind the end-of-life cycle;
* Providing conceptual design for standard system configurations;
* Analyzing client applications and configurations and comparing them to their reference
model for verification and compatibility;
* Executing and noting user and system acceptance tests;
* Eliminating vulnerabilities by setting up and sticking to preventive measures and following agreed SLAs;

Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English languages, both written and spoken;
* Degree in the field of business/computer science, internship in an IT field with or similar;
* Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) are desirable;
* In-depth knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems and Windows installation
technologies, both in the enterprise environment, as well as with imaging tools OSD/MDT
(Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) required;
* Skilled in dealing with Microsoft Intune/Microsoft Azure as well as AD server support;
* Sound experience in the development of client systems in complex IT landscapes
(Windows 10);
* Strong skills using scripting tools (VB (Visual Basic), Power Shell…) are a plus;
* Committed, communicative and responsible with focus on the customer.
