Manpower Bulgaria is looking for one of its international partners – a finance company, for an ambitious candidate to join their Customer Support department!


Customer Support Specialist with English

Your typical day will include:
Be available when our clients require assistance; always reflect and uphold the company’s values;
Fluently answer inbound calls from customers/clients while adhering to agreed-upon service levels and offering the greatest degree of service possible while adhering to agreed-upon policy and procedure;
Respond to written messages received through online channels such as email, live chat, and social media in accordance with agreed-upon service levels, policy, and procedure, and with the greatest level of English grammar possible;
Update records in major IT systems like Freshdesk, making sure all data is current and accurate;
Handle Level 1 customer complaints in accordance with company and regulatory protocols, ensuring that customers are handled with respect, fairness, and integrity and that they are served within agreed-upon timescales.

Your profile:
Fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
Customer-centric — thrives on assisting and solving problems for customers;
At least 12 months of experience working in an English or American-speaking contact centre, encompassing voice, chat, and online channels;
Self-assured, self-motivated, and disciplined, with a desire to work independently.
Computer savvy, with the ability to multitask using a number of tools meant to assist you with clients over the phone or through non-voice means;
Excellent team player with a can-do attitude and an optimistic outlook;
Tasks and workloads are handled in a flexible manner;
Proven track record of achieving objectives such as customer satisfaction, re-open rates, and service levels, among others.
