We are looking for a loyal and highly motivated person to participate in our projects on the local Bulgarian market, to provide high quality of service and to develop the performance of our Project Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a consultant and as part of a team you will be responsible for implementing optimized Management Systems at all levels of our client organization. You will define and indicate the information and material flows and develop an effective way for improvement.
Your responsibilities include also collecting and gathering all the necessary data and creating Operational, Behavioural, Statistical and Strategic analyses.
As of day one, your work will involve communication and expertise at all levels in our clients organization, from the "Top" to the "Bottom”.
You will identify barriers to Productivity enhancement, define working methods for optimization, propose and implement.
You will identify the possible communication gaps between different departments and propose effective solutions and Action plans.
Your responsibilities will further include development and implementation of procedures that will contribute to the total implementation of programs in the projects where you will participate.
You will identify the needs of training and skill improvement for the employees in the organization of our clients and propose adequate training programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
You will solve customer cases. You will implement best practices and innovations in the field of consultancy.
You will be working within a Project Team and report directly to the Project manager.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Flexible and be immediately available
At least 2 years of professional experience in a different working environment
Engineering or Financial University background
Fluent in English, other languages will be considered as an advantage
With excellent communication and organizational skills
With ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
With Strong analytical skills
Computer proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work cross-functionally and under presure in challenging environment
Result-oriented with strong leadership and multi-tasking abilities. Self-motivated, adaptive and autonomous
Experience in leading teams and/or project management will be considered as an advantage
