Application Support Specialist with Finnish / Swedish / Spanish / Portuguese / Russian & ENG
(NON-VOICE)


Main responsibilities:

- Communicating with our clients via chat and occasionally by email;
- Informing clients of any upcoming promotions, regulation changes and requirements;
- Being involved in projects and task groups and gaining in depth knowledge of the business.

Job requirements:

- Fluency in Finnish/ Swedish/ Spanish/ Portuguese OR Russian;
- Working level of English;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Being efficient with different communication and office software tools.
