Chat & Email Consultant with French / Italian / Portuguese / Spanish / German or Russian


Main responsibilities:

• Communicate with consumers via chat and email;
• Provide fast and accurate responses regarding accounts, passwords and refunds;
• Maintain company’s database.

Job requirements:

• Very good communication and customer service skills;
• Fluency in one of the following languages: English and French / Italian / Portuguese / Russian /
Spanish;
• Being efficient with different communication and software tools.
