Our partner is one of the biggest outsourcing companies in Bulgaria. They are now expanding and are looking for an experienced and motivated Online Help Service Assistant with Italian and English.

Main Responsibilities:
· Providing support to customers via chat, email, and phone;
· Responding to customer questions, concerns, feedback, and suggestions regarding products;
· Resolving issues efficiently and completely or escalate to a support manager or team lead

· Excellent verbal and written both Italian and English (B2 - C1);
· Excellent customer service and soft skills;
· Previous experience in a Customer or Technical support role would be considered an advantage.
