services. We are looking for communicative, driven and team-oriented individuals for the role
of Technical Back-up Specialist with Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese
and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Dealing with technical issues via phone, chat and email (issues could include: desk phones,
integrations, mobile applications…);
* Having outbound, business-to-business (B2B) calls with potential clients;
* Handling signing of the contract with potential clients;
* Keeping up with B2B communication before and during the implementation process;
* Working out bugs and issues that may appear during the implementation process.

Requirements:
* Fluency in Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese and very good English language skills;
* Experience with technical support, familiarity with VoIP or Cloud se is considered an advantage;
* Networking, IT or telecommunications certification is a plus;
* Team-oriented, able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced and atmosphere;
* Willing and available to work at night.
