Virtual Assistant with German/ Italian/ French/ Swedish OR Norwegian
Main responsibilities:
Provide general support to the clients via phone, chat and email regarding the customer inquiries;
Resolve and investigate various cases and escalate them to the responsible departments;
Maintain company's database.

Job requirements:
Proficient level of German/ Italian/ French/ Swedish OR Norwegian;
Excellent level of English (C1 / C2)
Communicative person, who likes to work in dynamic field;
Excellent communication skills;
Reliable individual with a positive attitude.
