This is a high impact role, where the candidate has an opportunity to participate in the development of highly flexible and configurable layered BI product. The solution is meant to operate in cloud environments, hence using cutting edge technologies like Spring Boot, Angular and OpenShift, AWS etc.

Job Description

Principle responsibilities
· Research & Develop high-quality software
· Produce high quality clean, testable, and efficient code
· Actively involved in technical design discussions
· Contribute to improving engineering excellence
· Perform code reviews and ensure new code is following established coding practices
· Accountable for ensure the quality of delivery and the development process
· Involvement at all phases of the software development life cycle including continuous integration and delivery
· Use all best practices for development
· Involvement and participation in the SCRUM process

Qualifications

Required qualifications/experience
· 3+ years of programming experience
· Knowledge of good software development practices (Clean Code, Refactoring, etc.)
· Advanced level of Java 8
· Experience with the Spring Framework family – Spring Boot, Spring Security etc.
· Experience with any of Angular 6+, React and TypeScript
· Experience with CI/CD, Docker and AWS
· Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management (especially Git), build processes, testing, and operations
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Open to do code reviews and pair programming
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Attention to details
· Excellent written and spoken English communication
· Any of the following abilities and skills will be considered an advantage:
· Experience with GIT
· Experience with Jenkins
