Main tasks and responsibilities:
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards
Support the budgeting and forecasting process for multiple service lines
Work with data from multiple systems to support end-to-end controlling tasks
Contribute to cost variance analysis and ad-hoc financial projects
Collaborate with the Finance & Business Controlling Manager and other stakeholders
Ensure clear communication and alignment across departments
What we’re looking for:
You’re currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
You're in your final years of study
You speak and write fluent English
You’re curious, analytical, and eager to learn
You have good Excel or Google Sheets skills; PPT/Word are a plus
You’re organized, responsible, and can meet deadlines
You enjoy working both independently and in a team.
