The Paysafe Group Business Intelligence team are hiring for a Reporting Manager/Senior Analyst role to expand our capacity for providing insight and analysis to the business. This important role will play a vital part in our goals of analysing non-financial KPIs from across the group, to help illuminate the story of Paysafe’s business performance for both internal and external audiences.

What will you do:
Build, own and optimise automated data processing and reporting flows using tools such as Alteryx and Snowflake to support the BaU and adhoc needs of the business
Identify, investigate and resolve any data issues or inconsistencies across Group-level reporting
Work with business and technical teams to build out and optimise new and existing KPIs, especially in relation to our ongoing M&A activity
Own and develop dashboards and reporting using tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
Build a strong working knowledge of the many aspects of Paysafe’s business activities
To be successful you need to:
be flexible working in an ever-changing fast paced business environment
co-ordinate with the wider team in maintaining documentation, including processes and user manuals
over time, be expected to get exposure to management at all levels of the business across our global organisation
be based in Sofia, and report directly into the London-based Director of Group Business Intelligence
Essential skills you will have:
Demonstrable expertise in building and producing insightful reports from scratch, end-to-end
Proven ability to learn rapidly new software, processes and business concepts
Ability to identify and articulate the core messages in data for a senior audience
Demonstrate an ability to distinguish between high level and more granular data requests, and challenge prioritisation accordingly
Not afraid to challenge the status quo and has tenacity and initiative to act to resolve issues and drive improvements
Comfortable working independently and remotely, whilst adhering to tight and often challenging timelines
Experience of presenting to people at all levels of the organisation
Strong English-language communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
General programming experience
Outstanding Excel / MS Office skills
Desirable:
Previous experience of Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server, PowerBI, Tableau
SQL, experience of Oracle and Snowflake databases
Experience of working in a FinTech organisation
Speaks Bulgarian, German or Spanish
Travel to other offices may be required from time to time, but this is not anticipated to be more than twice a year.
