JUNIOR SYSTEM ENGINEER (GERMAN SPEAKING)
Experience:
- 1+ years of professional experience as a Technical Support Specialist;
- Previous experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment;
- Knowledge of hardware, storage, and peripheral devices;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (B2+/C1);
- Advanced proficiency in case management databases and tools;
- Good command of English (B2).
