IT Administrator & Local IBEX Support

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

IT Administrator & Local IBEX Support represents a person within the Innovation & Business Excellence (IBEX) department who provides effective technology support for users in his/her local market (75%), ensuring both hardware and software assets are in operational condition, as well as providing trainings for users to improve the adoption of the tools. Moreover, he/she proposes automatization and simplification of processes and tools, and actively works with users to help them learn and adapt in a digital and fast-paced environment.

He/she further acts as a local touchpoint for the Innovation & Business Excellence department for other operational support (25%), with the aim of helping the company to achieve and maintain sustainable competitive advantage. Under this scope, he/she supports Field Force related tools in the local market. This also includes analytics tools and gathering and securing local data sources to support effective reporting, promotional activity monitoring, as well as segmentation & targeting and call planning.

IT Administrator & Local IBEX Support reports to the Balkans Cluster IT Manager/Chief Technology Manager and, as part of the cluster IBEX/IT team, participates in and supports cluster projects and initiatives.

Essential for the Role:

VI or VII level of education (preferably in IT), university degree is a plus
Excellent command of English language
Excellent computer skills – MS Windows and MS Office 365 pack
Advanced network knowledge
ITIL knowledge is a plus

Professional communication skills with respect to both internal and external customers
