For our trusted partner we are looking for a motivated and autonomous professional for the position of: Operations Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

Мanaging, motivating and monitoring staff performance and budgets;
Managing of staff relations, including schedules, disciplinary etc;
Managing of client relations to ensure customer satisfaction;
Comply with current HSE Regulations;
Initiate and develop positive solutions to any challenges;
Excellent understanding of cleaning processes and systems;
Skilled in dealing with client and general public complaints;

Requirements
BSc / MBA or equivalent of advantage;
Relevant experience in Facility Management Industry;
Experience in managing people and staff;
Excellent English;
Competence with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Word;
