The main goal of their R&D center in Bulgaria is to create high-quality software systems that are unique, flexible, and innovative in order to satisfy the dynamic users' needs. The company is expanding its software team in Sofia, and they are looking for the first IT Geek to hold the position of a:
DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

This will be the first hired DBA for the team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will be the key person in this position and will be responsible for the design, building, and implementation of new databases. You have to minimize database downtime, monitor database performance, implement changes, and troubleshoot for potential problems that affect databases' functionality and related programs.
Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Database Administrator;
- Skillful in at least one of the following server databases - PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with backup, recovery, and data security;
- Good working level in English.
As an advantage it will be considered:
- Knowledge of pl/pgSQL;
- Some experience or knowledge of scripting programming languages (Perl, Shell, Bash ,etc).
