IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER

Some of your duties:

You have to provide tier 3 support for infrastructure of enterprise-class systems, while ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and standards.

Experience:
• Experience as a Technical Support L2 or L3;
• Knowledge of WAN and LAN technologies (Cisco);
• End User Computing experience;
• Experience with Microsoft Cloud Technologies;
• Infrastructure Security knowledge;
• Knowledge of networking principals and protocols
