Position Title: Senior Data Analyst
The Senior Data Analyst will be accountable for the development and delivery of solutions, insight, capability and products using best practice analytical techniques and following established quality procedures to help guarantee the robustness of the solution.

What you’ll be doing?
Articulating Credit Risk sectoral trends, behaviours and emerging patterns in performance, using all available tools and data;
Actively seeking to learn and deploy new approaches, tools, methodologies and technology to ensure the best possible solution to each problem is found;
Leading the resolution of data or analytical problems which may impact on results;
Questioning results through applied intelligence;
Sharing findings with peers from other stakeholders including management where required;
Supporting a culture delivering quality for all data sent to clients/customers;
Engaging with account managers and other client-facing colleagues to identify potential new projects, scope these out and present to stakeholders for prioritisation;
Actively contributing to a culture that achieves the business goals, delights customers and keeps consumer advocacy at the heart of everything we do;
Pro-actively identifying risks and making recommendation to mitigate these.

What you’ll bring?
3-4 years of experience of analytics project work including evidenced background in analytical methodologies, exploratory analysis and building hypotheses;
Strong experience in analytical and visualisation tooling including Snowflake or other relational database understanding, SQL, SAS/WPS, Tableau or Power BI or equivalent;
An innovative and inquisitive mind, focused on addressing and solving data and analysis problems;
Effective investigation skills with ability to identify and correct data problems;
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal;
Collaborative and is a team player.
