The role profile:

As a Junior Recruiter, we will train you to source, screen and pre-select the best applicants. You will also work closely with business leaders for a final candidate shortlist.

Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end recruitment process
Be an innovator into strategies for identifying, attracting and engaging with the best talent, from branding and events, to sourcing and referrals
Build up effective working relationships with various Hiring Managers based in the specific region
Work on a relevant talent pool and maintain effective networks to attract top quality candidates from the IT world
Work with best-in-class Applicant Tracking System

Requirements:

Passion for Recruitment and Human Resources
Familiarity with social media channels and professional networks
Enjoying work in a fast-paced, changing work environment with demanding Hiring Managers
Consulting skills with the ability to influence others
Proficiency in Dutch and a good level of English
