Job Description
Role responsible for administration, management, smooth operation, and support activities associated with the application and server infrastructure for PPM CoP and Operations.
Elaborates and executes plans and processes for installs, upgrades, and day to day operation of Applications and corporate tools within EMEA Operations organizations.
Collaborates with EITS, GSO, Global teams in terms of infrastructure and application EOL, security and vulnerability patching.
Drives implementation of software and application changes, development, design, and reporting under PPM CoP instructions, using corporate approved tools.
Data quality and consistency within the tools.
Systems and Applications Monitoring.
Planning, administration, management, operation, and support activities associated with application and server infrastructure within EMEA DA.
Elaborates, agrees, documents, business cases, and executes plans and processes for installs, upgrades, and day to day operation of Applications and corporate tools within EMEA DA organizations.
Collaborates with other teams (e.g.: EITS, GSO, Global, etc.) in terms of infrastructure and application incidents, EOL, security and vulnerability patching.
Drives implementation of software and application changes, development, design, and reporting under PPM CoP instructions, using corporate approved tools.
Monitor and control service quality, uptime, data quality and in the applications. Tracks compliance against guidelines.
Request fulfilment accountability and SPOC role for: User management in tools (create, coordinate, update, unlock, provision, etc.); Entry creation in tools (project, initiative, tasks, assignments, objects, etc.); Toolset audit, audit trail tracking, report creation; Incidents and other toolset related requests.
Prepare and deliver trainings on tools.
Develops and timely operates Reporting (MI) for tools and processes.
Owner of the Corporate Tool guidelines, templates, etc. Maintains up to date versions.
Champion System Administration, and Tooling initiatives.
Collaborate closely with PPM CoP and participate in practice’s BAU.
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or similar major.
PSM I Scrum or equivalent certification or knowledge.
ITIL Foundation certification or knowledge is a plus.
2-4 years demonstrable experience in system, application administration on Windows and Linux.
2-3 years of software development experience in SharePoint 365, Power Apps, Visual Studio, MySQL, PHP/Laravel, Java Script, JQuery.
PowerBI and Service Now development experience is a plus.
Process and method oriented – JIRA, Confluence.
Strong knowledge of desktop PC computer systems and applications (MS Office).
Good organizational and planning skills. Creative problem solving and analytical thinking.
Good oral and written communication skills in multi-cultural, multi-country environments.
Market Language + English (C1 Level)
