Our client:
A leading software services and products global provider who works on the development of next-generation products for the TELCO field, being actively involved in the digital transformation of the telecom sector worldwide. For a BRAND NEW and LONG-TERM PROJECT that is built from scratch, together with the company, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer and a true SCRUM Champion who will join them as a:
SCRUM MASTER

You will lead and mentor a small development team and be responsible for the technical aspects of the project while taking the chance to use and work with the industry's most sophisticated technologies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven professional experience in software development (pref. Java development) is a MUST-HAVE requirement;
- 1+ year of experience in leading teams or projects or being a Scrum Master;
- Bachelor's or higher University degree in an IT-related specialty (Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications);
- Self-motivated and process-oriented professional, who is able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Good English communication skills in both conversation and writing.
